Refund Policy

  • Refunds for visits canceled at least 24 hours in advance will be returned 100%.
  • Refunds for visits not completed due to Dugan Family Healthcare technology failure will be returned 100% within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. 
  • No refunds shall be issued to patients who successfully complete their appointment with the provider. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with the prescrived medical advice/treatment or prescription for medications. 
  • Dugan Family Healthcare is committed to 100% customer satisfaction and providing excellent service. If you believe you are owed a refund for any other reason, please contact the office for a case-by-case evaluation. 
  • Request for reimbursement shall be made in writing through the contact form on our website or by calling 407-784-3290.
