Refund Policy
- Refunds for visits canceled at least 24 hours in advance will be returned 100%.
- Refunds for visits not completed due to Dugan Family Healthcare technology failure will be returned 100% within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
- No refunds shall be issued to patients who successfully complete their appointment with the provider. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with the prescrived medical advice/treatment or prescription for medications.
- Dugan Family Healthcare is committed to 100% customer satisfaction and providing excellent service. If you believe you are owed a refund for any other reason, please contact the office for a case-by-case evaluation.
